  1. How Do I Open an Elitebet Customer Account?
    Simply click the ’Join’ button at the top of any of our sites or apps and follow the prompts. Alternatively, you can call us on (02) 9191 7818 and one of our team will gladly assist you. Once your account has been set up the next step is to deposit funds, then you are ready to bet.
  2. How Do I Verify My Elitebet Customer Account?
    To give you full access to your Elitebet Account, we need to confirm you are who you say you are, by verifying your identity. This process is easy to complete online, and only needs to be done once.
    Some accounts will be automatically verified by our online system using your profile information. If that is the case you will see the status as ''Verified'' in the My Account section.
    If you can not be automatically verified you can click the ''Verify Me'' or ''Verify Account'' button in the My Account section and follow the prompts.   1. How Do I Make a Deposit?
    Elitebet supports the following deposit methods:
    1. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD:   In order to deposit funds from your Credit/Debit Card, navigate to the 'Banking' or 'Deposit Funds' tab in the 'My Account' menu, and then select 'Credit Card Deposit'.
      Once you have made a credit/debit card deposit there is no need to re-enter your details for future deposits unless your card expires.
      If you use more than one card to deposit, all cards will appear in a drop-down menu. You simply need to choose which card you wish to use and enter the security CCV number.
      Elitebet charges no fees however your bank may view a deposit to Elitebet as a cash advance.
    2. POLi FAST DEPOSIT:   POLi is an instant online payment solution via which you are able to make an instantaneous electronic funds transfer from a supported bank via your internet banking portal.
    3. ELECTRONIC FUNDS TRANSFER (EFT):   You can make a Bank Transfer by simply logging in to your online banking portal and making a payment to account details listed below.
      Please use your Elitebet UserID as the reference for any deposits made via Electronic Funds Transfer so that we can ensure the funds are credited to your Customer Account as quickly as possible.
      You can also submit an EFT Notification in the Deposit section of My Account on the Elitebet site to prompt us to look for your transfer in our bank account.

  2. How Can I Withdraw Funds?
    Elitebet supports the following withdrawal methods:
    1. CREDIT/DEBIT CARD WITHDRAWAL:   In order to make a withdrawal to your Credit Card, navigate to the 'Banking' or 'Withdraw Funds' tab in the 'My Account' menu, and then select 'Credit Card Deposit'. Thereafter, select the Card to which you wish to withdraw funds, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm your Elitebet Customer Account password.
      Please Note:
      • As these types of withdrawals are processed as 'refunds' back to your selected Credit/Debit Card, funds are only able to be withdrawn to a verified Credit/Debit Card that was used to deposit funds into your Elitebet Customer Account. Accordingly, in order to use this withdrawal method, you will need to have first verified your Credit/Debit Card. (Please see the 'How Do I Verify My Account?' section for detail on the Credit/Debit Card verification process.)
      • After Elitebet has processed your withdrawal request (typically within six (6) hours of your submitting request), your financial institution may take 2 - 5 Business Days to process a Credit/Debit Card Withdrawal. Elitebet has no control over how long your financial institution takes to credit the withdrawn funds back to your card.
    2. BANK WITHDRAWAL / WITHDRAWAL VIA EFT:   Navigate to the 'Banking' or 'Withdraw Funds' tab in the 'My Account' menu, and then select 'EFT Withdrawal'. Thereafter, selected the Bank Account to which you wish to withdraw funds, enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm your Elitebet Customer Account password.
      Please Note:
      • We use Osko Fast Pay when transferring money to you from your Elitebet Customer Account. This ensures that your so that you receive your money as fast as possible. With Osko, your withdrawn funds should appear in your bank account immediately after Elitebet has processed the withdrawal request.
      • Customer withdrawal requests are typically processed 2-3 times per day. Unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantee as to how quickly your withdrawal request will be process as it is dependent on our staffing on the day the request is submitted. Rest assured though, we are committed to getting your funds to you as quickly as we can.
  3. Why Can't I Withdraw Funds?
    The main reasons that you may have trouble requesting a withdrawal are that either your Elitebet Customer Account or the Credit/Debit Card to which you are attempting to withdraw funds are not verified. Please refer to either the 'How Do I Verify My Elitebet Customer Account?' or the 'How Do I Verify My Credit/Debit Card?' sections below for information on how to complete these actions.

    In order to verify that you are the owner of one of the credit/debit cards that have been used to fund your Elitebet Customer Account, you will first need to review your bank statement and note the number of cents that were added to your first deposit using the relevant credit/debit card. This is the Credit/Debit Card Verification Number for that card. For example, if the amount debited from your card after your first deposit was $50.27, the Credit/Debit Card Verification Number is 27.
    Once you know the Credit/Debit Card Verification Number, you need to enter it via the 'Verify Credit Cards' section. If you enter the correct Credit/Debit Card Verification Number, you will receive notification that the card has been verified.
    If, after completing the process set out above, you are still unable to verify one or more of your credit/debit cards, you will need to contact Elitebet Customer Support and we will help you complete the process.
  6. When Are Withdrawals Processed?
    Customer withdrawal requests are typically processed 2-3 times per day. Unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantee as to how quickly your withdrawal request will be process as it is dependent on our staffing on the day the request is submitted. Rest assured though, we are committed to getting your funds to you as quickly as we can.
  7. Can I cancel or amend a pending withdrawal?
    Prior to your withdrawal request being processed, you will be able to cancel or amend your withdrawal request. In order to do this, navigate to the 'Banking' or 'Withdraw Funds' tab in the 'My Account' menu. If you have any pending withdrawal requests, you will be presented with the option to 'Cancel Withdrawal' or to 'Update Withdrawal'.
  8. Are There Any Turnover Requirements Before I Can Withdraw Funds?
    In compliance with Counter-Terrorism & Anti-Money Laundering legislation, you are only permitted to withdraw funds after they have been turned over at least once. For example, if you deposit $100, you must have at least $100 worth of real-money bets before a withdrawal can be made.

  1. Does Elitebet Offer a First Deposit Bonus?

  4. How Do I Change My Personal Details?
    You can update your personal details at any time by logging in and navigating to the 'Profile' tab in 'My Account'. Please note that, for security and regulatory reasons, some personal details are not able to be updated via 'My Account' such as your Date of Birth and State of residence. If for some reason you need to update such a field, please contact Elitebet Customer Support for assistance.
  5. Am I Able to Close My Elitebet Customer Account?
    You are able to close your Elitebet Customer Account at any time. Alternatively, you are able to exclude yourself from accessing the Elitebet platform for a prescribed period or, if you wish, permanently. In order to do this, navigate to the 'Responsible Gambling' tab in 'My Account' and complete the relevant form. If you are having any issues locating the 'Responsible Gambling' tab or otherwise completing the relevant forms, please urgently contact Elitebet Customer Support and will gladly assist you.
Betting
  1. How Do I Place a Bet?
    There are a number of ways that you can place a bet with Elitebet:
    • On our desktop website at www.elitebet.com.au;
    • On our mobile website at m.elitebet.com.au;
    • On either our Android or iOS Mobile App. Search the App Store to download our iOS App, or download our Android App via the link on our websites; or
    • Over the phone by calling (02) 9191 7818.
  2. Can I Place An In-Play Bet With Elitebet?
    Whilst we don't display in-play pricing on the Elitebet platform, we do offer in-play betting on a wide variety of events.
    Under prevailing Australian legislation, all in-play betting on sport must be conducted over the phone. If you want to place a bet in-the-run, call us on (02) 9191 7818 at any time and we will happily quote you a price on any event.
  3. Can I Cancel A Bet?
    As a general rule, once your bet has been accepted by Elitebet it cannot be cancelled. There are a number of confirmation steps built in to the Elitebet Betslip to ensure that Customers have the opportunity to carefully consider their selections and the amount of their bet before committing to it.
    If you do make a mistake with a bet, it is important that you contact Elitebet Customer Support immediately and prior to the event starting. If you do this, we will review the bet and may, at our sole and absolute discretion, elect to cancel your bet. For the avoidance of doubt, no Customer bets will be amended or cancelled after an event has started.
  4. What Sporting Events Can I Bet On at Elitebet?
    Elitebet offers betting on a wide variety of sporting events and market types including any or all of those events prescribed by the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR). Sections 18 and 20 of the Racing Administration Act 1998 define the approved events and forms of betting.
  5. What Racing Markets Can I Bet On At Elitebet?
    Elitebet may offer the following Wagering Products on thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing:
    Best Tote + SP

    The Customer will receive the greater of:

    • The highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB; and
    • The ''Official Starting Price''.

     

    For ''Each-Way'' wagers placed on the ''Best Tote + SP'' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at ''Middle Tote''.

    Best of 3 Totes

    The Customer will receive the highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB.

    For ''Each-Way'' wagers placed on the ''Best of 3 Totes'' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at ''Middle Tote''.

    Best of 2 Totes

    The Customer will receive the highest of the dividends declared by the Victorian TAB and the New South Wales TAB.

    For ''Each-Way'' wagers placed on the ''Best of 2 Totes'' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at ''Middle Tote''.

    Win & Place Tote +5%

    The Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB plus an additional 5% of the amount profit generated by the wager.

    Middle Tote

    The Customer will receive the median dividend declared by the Victorian TAB, the New South Wales TAB and the Queensland TAB.

    Fixed Odds

    The Customer will receive the dividend available and taken at the time of bet placement. ''Fixed Odds (Win)'' and ''Fixed Odds (Place)'' dividends are not subject to fluctuation after acceptance of the wager.

    Fixed Win & Place odds are available on the Elitebet website and once confirmed are not subject to fluctuation.

    For ''Each-Way'' wagers placed on the ''Fixed Odds'' product, the place portion of the wager will be paid out at ''Middle Tote''.

    Top Fluctuation

    The Customer will receive the highest dividend forming part of the Official Price fluctuations as posted by the racing authority of the State in which the race is being run.

    Multi-Leg Bets

    A ''Multi-Leg Bet'' (or accumulator) is the combination of two or more bets into a single wager. The dividend of a ''Multi-Leg Bet'' is derived by multiplying the dividends of each of the individual bets comprising the ''Multi-Leg Bet''.

    ''Multi-Leg Bets'' may not contain any interdependent legs.

    Elitebet accepts ''Multi-Leg Bets'' of up to ten (10) legs, with a maximum dividend of $1,001.00.

    The maximum payout on any ''Multi-Leg Bet'' at Elitebet is $20,000.00.

    Exotics

    Elitebet may offer the following Racing exotic bet types:

    • Quinella
    • Exacta
    • Trifecta
    • First Four; and
    • Quadrella.

     

    For all racing exotics, the Customer will receive the dividend declared by the Victorian TAB.

    Quinella

    A Quinella is when the Customer has predicted the two runners that placed first and second, irrespective of the specific order in which those runners finished.

    Exacta

    An exacta is when the Customer has predicted the two runners that placed first and second in the correct order.

    Trifecta

    A Trifecta is when the Customer has predicted the three runners that placed first, second and third in the correct order.

    First Four

    A First Four is when the Customer has predicted the four runners that placed first, second, third and fourth in the correct order.

    Quadrella

    A Quadrella (or ''Quaddie'') is when the Customer has predicted the winners of the four races designated by the Victorian TAB as forming part of the Quadrella.

  6. What Are The Minimum & Maximum Amounts That I Can Bet?
    Elitebet currently applies a minimum bet amount of $1.00 for bets placed over the internet, and $10.00 for bets placed over the phone.
    The maximum amount that a Customer can stake on any wager will be determined Elitebet Management on a case-by-case basis having regard to factors such as the level of the event on which the wager is placed and the prevailing market conditions. Elitebet will attempt to satisfy all bet requests but may reject or partially accept certain bet requests at its discretion, subject only to any ''Minimum Bet Limit'' applied by any wagering control authority in the relevant jurisdiction.
  7. How Do Fixed Odds Racing Deductions Work?
    Deductions are applied to 'Fixed Odds' racing bets in the event of runners being scratched.
    The Schedule of Deductions can be found in the 'Racing (Thoroughbreds / Harness / Greyhounds)' Elitebet Wagering Rules.
    The process by which Deductions are applied is:
              (Expected Payout x (100 - Deduction)) / 100
    For example, if you had bet $10.00 on a horse to win at a dividend of $6.00 and a deduction of 15c is applied, your eventual payout will be:
              ($10.00 x $6.00) x (100-15) / 100
           = $60.00 * 85 / 100
           = $51.00
Responsible Gambling
  1. Can I Close My Elitebet Customer Account?
    You are able to close your Elitebet Customer Account at any time. Alternatively, you are able to exclude yourself from accessing the Elitebet platform for a prescribed period or, if you wish, permanently. In order to do this, navigate to the 'Responsible Gambling' tab in 'My Account' and complete the relevant form. If you are having any issues locating the 'Responsible Gambling' tab or otherwise completing the relevant forms, please urgently contact Elitebet Customer Support and will gladly assist you.
  2. How Do I Set a Deposit Limit?
    At EliteBet, we allow you to limit the amount you can deposit into your account on a daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis. A Deposit Limit can help you control the amount you spend on gambling and ensure that the punt doesn''t become a problem for you.
    In order to set a Deposit Limit, simply navigate to the 'Responsible Gambling' tab of 'My Account' and complete the form.
    Please note that, as prescribed by legislation:
    • Any reductions in your Deposit Limit will be applied immediately; and
    • Any increases in your Deposit Limit will not take effect until at least one (1) week (and up to one (1) Month) after the submission of your request.
  3. How Do I Self-Exclude From Elitebet?
    If you are finding it difficult to control your gambling, we encourage you complete the form below and take an enforced break from betting with EliteBet either for a specified period or permanently.

    Please note that:
    • Once a self-exclusion request has been submitted, it cannot be revoked. The accounts of self-excluded Customers remain restricted until the expiry of their respective periods of self-exclusion.

  1. Is My Money Safe With Elitebet?
    Elitebet has been in operation since 2012. Elitebet is licensed by Racing NSW and regulated by both Racing NSW and the NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing.
    Elitebet is a member of the NSW Bookmakers' Co-Operative which is an association that guarantees payment of all winning bets placed with their members.
    In accordance with the Bookmaker Sports Betting Rules contained in the Racing Administration Act (NSW) 1998, Elitebet properly records all betting transactions. Elitebet also maintains an off-site hosting facility for secure and continuous recording and retrieval of data involved in internet betting transactions.
  2. Where Is Elitebet Licensed & Located?
    Elitebet is licensed by Racing NSW and regulated under the Thoroughbred Racing Act (1996) and the Australian Rules of Racing. Under the terms of our Bookmaker''s Licence, we are required to operate from a licensed racecourse and, as such, have set up our office at Rosehill Gardens in Sydney. We cannot accept bets face-to-face, only over the telephone or internet. We are fully guaranteed by the NSW Bookmakers'' Co-Operative.
